How to effectively warm up to prevent injury

- Fundamental kettlebell movements (swing, clean, and goblet squat)

- Safe and effective kettlebell and body weight exercise progressions for all levels of fitness and ability

- How to set up minimal-equipment-based programs that can be performed anywhere
