Swing into Spring Workshop

We're doing it AGAIN! For those of you who were unable to attend the first time around... Here's your second chance!

This one-hour workshop is for those looking to either learn or improve their kettlebell swing. This foundational exercise in kettlebell training can simultaneously torch fat, build strength, and improve cardiovascular fitness in a short amount of time.

Coaches from F3 Training & Bodywork, DC’s premier kettlebells studio, will cover:

-       Introduction to and benefits of the kettlebell swing

-       Demonstration and instruction of the tree swing variations
